1.	Condition 7 of application reference 06/24/0639/F requires that details of the use of appropriate boundary treatments have first been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and that the development shall be undertaken in accordance with the approved measures which shall be retained and maintained in place for the lifetime of the development. The following document was submitted in support of this application: Proposed Boundary Treatments Plan. Drawing No. 8141C1061904/ PC7/01 The details as submitted are acceptable and hereby approved as sufficient to discharge the condition in PART. The condition cannot be discharged in FULL as the approved boundary treatments must be maintained and retained in perpetuity in accordance with the details approved.
