1.	Condition 16 requires that details of water efficiency measures are submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. This application is supported by the following documentation: - Persimmon Water Calculator The submitted details are considered acceptable and approved and Condition 16 is hereby discharged in PART. The condition cannot be discharged in full as it requires the approved water efficiency measures to be installed n accordance with the approved details prior to occupation of the dwellings that they relate to and to be maintained as such thereafter.
