Condition 14 of pp. 06/23/0928/F requires a scheme for vehicular access/crossing over the footway in accordance with the highway's specification (light commercial vehicles) including arrangement for surface water drainage to be intercepted and disposed of separately and any reinstatement of line marking. Upon full assessment of the submitted details, these are acceptable and are hereby approved. The vehicular access/crossing is to be constructed in accordance with this approved scheme prior to first use of the development and thereafter is to be retained at the position shown on the approved plans.
