1.	Condition 10 of pp. 06/23/0928/F requires details of any kitchen extraction and ventilation systems that are to be installed including location, noise data sheets and any measurements required to control equipment noise and odour management or filtration system of the equipment. The following information was submitted: - Ventilation layout roof level main teaching block sheet 1 of 2. Dwg No. FE004-CAL-MB-RF-D-M-3114. Rev. P03. - Ventilation layout roof level main teaching block sheet 2 of 2. Dwg No. FE004-CAL-MB-RF-D-M-3115. Rev P03. - Plant Noise Assessment for Planning. Doc. No. FE004-CDC-00-ZZ-T-J-3552. Rev P01. - Covering Statement for Discharge of Condition No.10. Odour Control. 01.05.2026. Upon full assessment of the submitted details, these are acceptable and are hereby approved. The extractor system shall be installed and its operations carried out in accordance with the approved details prior to first occupation of the building it relates to and following first commencement of use the extractor system shall thereafter be maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's specification / instructions for so long as the use continues, with appropriate continued use of noise and odour emission mitigation as approved.
