| 2. | The materials to be used in the external walls of the development hereby permitted shall match those of the existing building in accordance with the details stated in the application form. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the visual amenities of the area in line with Core Strategy (2015) Policy CS9, Local Plan Part 2 (2021) Policy H9 and Emerging Local Plan Policy HOU11. |
