This application to discharge the deemed biodiversity net gain condition is supported by the following information: · BNG - Post Development Habitat Map 25-2709 April 2026 Rev C received 29 April 2026 · BNG Metric Rev B dated 1 September 2025 · BNG - Baseline Habitat Map - September 2025 - Drawing 25-2708 · Biodiversity Gain Plan dated 10.02.2026 The submitted Biodiversity Gain Plan (consisting of the BNG - Post Development Habitat Map, the BNG Metric Rev B, the BNG - Baseline Habitat Map, and the Biodiversity Gain Plan - all as listed above) is considered acceptable and the statutory deemed Biodiversity Net Gain Condition is hereby discharged in FULL and that the duty under Schedule 7A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (inserted by the Environment Act 2021) is considered to have been met.
