1.	Condition 4 of pp. 06/24/0945/F requires the submission of a Foul Water Drainage Scheme including the identification of a sustainable point of connection to the public foul network. The following information was submitted: - Discharge of Condition Report: Tar Works Road (Project Ref: OCS/SJB/251295, Rev 00), prepared by Rossi Long Consulting - External Works GA Plan (Dwg. No. C-001, Rev. P01) Upon full assessment of the submitted details, and in consultation with Anglian Water these are considered acceptable and are hereby approved. There shall be no use or occupation of the building hereby permitted until the foul water drainage scheme has first been carried out and made available for use in complete accordance with the approved scheme.
