1.	Condition 4 of pp 06/25/0907/F required details of cycle storage to be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. The following details were submitted: - Drawing No.1 - Cycle Storage (6 rack) - Dated March 2023 - Drawing Number: C3602-2 Rev A - Block Plan - Dated June 2022 Upon full assessment of the submitted material supporting the application, taking into account all material considerations, it is considered the submission requirements of condition 4 have been met as they are acceptable and are hereby approved, and the condition can be discharged in PART. The 6 rack cycle parking shall be undertaken in strict accordance with the approved details which shall be provided prior to first occupation of the property and shall be retained as such thereafter.
