1.	Condition 7 of pp 06/25/0436/F required an Environmental Management Plan to be submitted to and approved by the local planning authority. The following information was submitted: Bradwell Local Centre Drive-Thru Environmental Management Plan (EMP) - Dated January 12th 2026 Upon full assessment of the submitted material supporting the application, taking into account all material considerations, it is considered the written submission requirements of Condition 7 have been met, and the condition can be discharged in PART. The approved plan shall remain in place and be implemented throughout the construction of the development.
