1.	Condition 10 of pp 06/22/0827/D required details of a noise mitigation verification report to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The following information was submitted: Report No. 80822-SRL-RP-YA-02-S2-P3 - Title: Internal Ambient Noise Levels - Dated 21st May 2026 Upon full assessment of the submitted material supporting the application, taking into account all material considerations, it is considered the requirements of condition 10 have been met, and the condition can be discharged in FULL. The development shall be undertaken in accordance with the approved verification report and retained as such thereafter.
