1.	Condition 5 of pp 06/24/0015/CD required details of a cycle storage scheme to be submitted to (within three months of the date of the original permission) and approved by the Local Planning Authority. The following information was submitted: Drawing No 23/344/16 - Cycle Parking Provision Plan - Dated December 2025 Upon full assessment of the submitted material supporting the application, taking into account all material considerations, it is considered the requirements of condition 5 have been met, the details are hereby approved and the condition can be discharged in PART. The scheme shall be fully implemented before the development hereby approved is first occupied / brought into use and thereafter retained for this purpose.
