1.	Condition 12 of pp 06/25/0408/HH required the submission of a flood response plan prior to the commencement of development. The following information was submitted, which details the proposed materials: - Flood Warning and Evacuation Plan, dated December 2025 ref 3569/RE/10-24/02 The submitted Flood Warning and Evacuation Plan is considered acceptable. The application is therefore approved and the condition can be partially discharged; the flood response plan is to be made available for future residents, to include the availability of the Environment Agency's Flood Warnings Service.
