1.	Condition 3 of pp 06/25/0408/HH required the submission of the materials to be used in the external walls prior to their first use on site. The following information was submitted, which details the proposed materials: - Discharge of Conditions Statement dated 18th December 2025 in so far as it relates to condition 3 The submitted materials are considered acceptable and are hereby approved. The condition can therefore be discharged in PART. The development shall thereafter be constructed in accordance with the details as approved which shall be retained as such thereafter.
