| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in strict accordance with the following plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 16/12/2025: - Site Location Maps: ref. 001 Rev A - Proposed Site Plan: ref. 002 Rev A - Existing and Proposed Elevations: ref. 003 Rev A - Council Messaging & Council 5% SOT - 'How to use it and what it means' Statement. The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt of what has been approved and in the interests of proper planning. |
| 3. | The arrangements for the delivery of the 5% annual free screen time (876 hours per unit) for Council and Community messaging shall be carried out in accordance with the details provided by the 'Council Messaging' supporting statement. The unit shall thereafter be operated in accordance with the statement hereby approved for its lifetime. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure that the community benefits provided by the Street Hub are available for use by the Council and local community. |
| 4. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner. |
