The following information was submitted, which details the proposed enhancements: · Biodiversity Enhancement Plan and Lighting Strategy, dated December 2025 The submitted Biodiversity Enhancement Plan and Lighting Strategy are considered acceptable. The application is therefore approved and the condition can be partially discharged; the lighting scheme as proposed is considered acceptable and can be installed in accordance with these details.
