1.	Condition 3 of pp 06/25/0728/F required details of a surface water drainage scheme to be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. The following information was submitted: Surface Water Drainage Strategy and Maintenance - Reference 8609/25/2979 - Dated December 2025 The submitted Surface Water Drainage Scheme is considered acceptable. The application is therefore approved and Condition 3 can be partially discharged. The development shall thereafter be carried out, managed and maintained in full accordance with the approved details and installed within the specified areas denoted on Drawing No. P03 - Site Plan, from the original permission 06/25/0728/F.
