| 1. | The development hereby permitted shall be retained in accordance with the application form, plan and drawings and other documents and details submitted or provided by the applicant as amended by drawing ref:704 2008-09 as received on 10 December 2008 and approved as part of planning permission 06/08/0789/F. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure the satisfactory development of the site. |
| 2. | The private road and on-site parking area shall be retained in the approved form and made available for that specific use in accordance with the approved plan. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure the provision of adequate on-site parking and turning facilities for the development; in accordance with Core Strategy (2015) Policy CS16. |
| 3. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner. |
