The following information was submitted: Verification Report - Report Number: 1204.09.01 - Dated November 2025 Appendix B & C Gas Verification Report - Report Number: 1204.09.01 - Dated November 2025 Upon full assessment of the submitted material supporting the application, taking into account all material considerations, it is considered the requirements of condition 16 have been met, and the condition can be discharged in PART: The contamination measures shall thereafter be provided in strict accordance with the details as approved, including the mitigation and monitoring thereof, prior to the first use of the development as necessary.
