Condition 8 requires that details in written and drawn form of Electric Vehicle Charging within common parking areas within the site is submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The application is supported by the following relevant supporting documents: - Electric Vehicle Charging Statement Rev A - Twin Chalet Proposed BNG Landscape Plan: drawing number: 2624-00-303-B (in so far as it relates 3 visitor spaces in the south-eastern part of the application site) The submitted information is considered acceptable and approved and the condition is hereby discharged in PART. The condition cannot be discharged in FULL as the Electric Vehicle Charging must be carried out in accordance with the approved details and retained thereafter.
