1.	Condition 5 requires that a Habitat Management and Monitoring Plan is submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The application is supported by the following documentation: - Habitat Management and Monitoring Plan (dated November 2025) - Statutory Biodiversity Metric Excel Spreadsheet - Condition Assessment Excel Spreadsheet - Biodiversity Net Gain Statement 2024 - Ecological Assessment (Hopkins Ecology, dated 28th November 2024) The submitted Habitat Management and Monitoring Plan is considered acceptable and approved and the condition is hereby discharged in PART. The condition cannot be discharged in FULL as it requires the submission of monitoring reports to the Local Planning Authority and approved in writing during years 2, 5, 7, 10, 20 and 30 from commencement of development.
