Condition 7 requires that details of electric vehicle charging provision are submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and that the approved EV chargers are installed prior to occupation of each dwelling. The application is supported by the following documentation: - Proposed Block Plan, floor plans and elevations; drawing reference: 1842/4 - PDD-2301664-5 EV Charger Data Sheet The information submitted is considered acceptable and the condition is hereby discharged in PART.
