1.	Condition 4 requires a Preliminary Contamination Risk Assessment to be submitted to and approved in writing, for any approved remediation works to be carried out and for a Verification Report to be produced to confirm whether the remediation works have been successful. This application is supported by the following documentation: - Site Investigation including Quantitative Risk Assessment by Norfolk Partnership Laboratory dated October 2025 The submitted information is considered acceptable and sufficient to discharge Parts 1-3 of Condition 4. Part 4 of Condition 4 cannot be discharged at this time as it requires the proposed remediation works to be carried out and for a Verification Report to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. These should be completed prior to occupation of each dwelling.
