Condition 10 of pp 06/22/0132/F required details of water consumption to be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority The following information was submitted: Water Efficiency Calculator - Prepared by WRC and LABC - submitted October 2025 The proposed water conservation and efficiency measures set out in both the statement and water efficiency calculation as submitted under this application are considered acceptable and are hereby approved. The condition can therefore be discharged in PART. All required water conservation measures within the approved details shall thereafter be installed and retained to achieve this agreed rate prior to the occupation of the dwelling(s), to ensure the required water consumption is not exceeded for the lifetime of the development.
