1.	Condition 6 of pp 06/22/0132/F required details of a soft and hard landscaping scheme to be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. The following information was submitted: Site and Location Plans - Drawing Number P3 - Revision A Dated January 2022 Upon full assessment of the submitted material supporting the application, taking into account all material considerations, it is considered the requirements of condition 6 have been met, and the condition can be discharged in PART. The development shall thereafter be constructed in accordance with the details as approved which shall be retained as such thereafter.
