1.	The development hereby approved in so far as it relates to the signage only shall be retained in accordance with the following plans received by the Local Planning Authority on the 24th October 2025: - Proposed Floor Plans and Elevations; dwg. ref. 23/344/07 - Location Plan & Site Plans; dwg. ref. 23/344/09 The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt to confirm what has been approved and in the interests of proper planning and to ensure the development accords with the policies of the local plan, particularly CS9 and CS10 of the Core Strategy (2015) and E5 of the Local Plan Part 2, and also Section 66 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 and the NPPF.
2.	STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner.
