1.	Condition 6 requires that a Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP) is submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The application is supported by the following documentation: - Construction Environmental Management Plan for St Elizabeth Hospice Revision B, dated October 2025. The submitted information is considered acceptable and is approved and the condition is hereby discharged in PART. The condition cannot be discharged in full as it requires the Construction Environmental Management Plan to be implemented and adhered to throughout the construction phases of the development.
