Condition 12 of pp 06/24/0449/F required details of water consumption to be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority The following information was submitted: Water Efficiency Calculator - Prepared by WRC and LABC - submitted October 2025 The proposed water conservation and efficiency measures set out in both the statement and water efficiency calculation as submitted under this application are considered acceptable and are hereby approved. The condition can therefore be discharged in PART. The approved details must thereafter be installed and maintained to achieve this agreed rate to ensure the required water consumption is not exceeded for the lifetime of the development.
