Condition 7 of pp 06/21/0910/F required details of accessibility in accordance with part M (2) of building regulations to be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority The following information was submitted: Proposed Floor Plan -Part M compliance - Drawing No: P12 Revision A - Dated September 2025 Upon full assessment of the submitted material supporting the application, taking into account all material considerations, it is considered the requirements of condition 7 have been met, and the condition can be discharged in PART. All required access measures within the approved details shall thereafter be installed and maintained to achieve this agreed access and shall be retained for the lifetime of the development.
