| 1. | This planning permission expires on 14th January 2029. The structures hereby permitted shall be removed from the site within 28 days of the planning permission expiring.
The reason for the condition is:-
In order to comply with Great Yarmouth Core Strategy Policy CS9 which seeks to promote suitable standard of design, and to ensure the development does not hinder reuse of the development site in the manner prescribed by the adopted Local Plan Part 2 policy BL1. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans and details:-
- Location Plan - Drawing No: 8186C6110292/01 received by the LPA on 21 October 2025;
- Existing and proposed block plan and elevations - Drawing No: 8186C6110292/02, received 03 October 2025;
- Revised Application Form signed 06 May 2025, received by the Local Planning Authority on the 7th May 2025.
The reason for the condition is:-

| 3. | No part of the proposed structure (the fence, its posts, foundations, etc.) shall overhang or encroach upon highway land and no gate shall open outwards over the highway.
Reason: In the interests of highway safety. |
| 4. | INFORMATIVE NOTE:
It is the Applicant's responsibility to clarify the boundary with the Public Highway, which includes a Public Right of Way. Private features such as fences, hedges or walls will not be permitted on highway land. The highway boundary may not match the applicant's title plan.
