| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |

For the avoidance of doubt of what has been approved and in the interests of proper planning. |
| 3. | Prior to the first operational use of the hereby approved air source heat pumps the details of an acoustic screen, as recommended in Section 4.7 of the Noise Assessment by Sharps Acoustics dated 25 August 2025, shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority for approval. It shall then be installed in accordance with these details prior to the first use of the air source heat pump, and shall be retained until the air source heat pumps are removed.
The reason for the condition is:-
In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of nearby dwellings, in accordance with accordance with Local Plan Part 2 (2021) Policy A1. |
