| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans and details received by the Local Planning Authority:
-Block Plan Gorleston Old Cemetery 02 dated September 2025, received on 26/09/2025;
-Picture 001 dated 29 August 2025, received 26/09/2025;
-Location Plan Gorleston Old Cemetery Rev A dated 29 September 2025, received 30/09/2025;
-Picture 01 dated 25 September 2025, received 30/09/2025;
-Email titled Old Cemetery Gatehouse planning applications - CCTV (06/25/0788/F and 06/25/0789/LB) from Michael Leeds dated 6th October 2025, received 06/10/2025.
In particular, the CCTV camera and junction unit shall be installed in strict accordance with the methods set out in the submitted Heritage Statement dated 29th September 2025, received 30/09/2025.
The reason for the condition is:-
For the avoidance of doubt of what has been approved and in the interests of proper planning. |

STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner. |

This planning permission does not grant listed building consent for any works to the property. The developer/applicant is advised to refer to listed building application reference 06/25/0789/LB for further information. |

The applicant/developer is advised that it is their responsibility to comply with any other legislation and regulations regarding the use of CCTV. These include, but are not limited to, BS EN 50132-7, BS 7958:2015 and BS 8418:2021. |
