1.	Condition 5 requires that a Construction Traffic Management Plan and Access Route is submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. This application is supported by the following documentation: - Logistics Plan (document reference: VB-HAS-PL-0016-0001 Rev 1) (received 6th October 2025). - Dilapidation Survey (document reference: BA0021) The submitted information is considered acceptable and is hereby approved. The condition can therefore be discharged in PART. The scheme shall thereafter be carried out as approved throughout the duration of construction works.
