1.	Condition 4 of pp 06/22/0407/D required details of a noise impact assessment to be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority The following information was submitted: Report No. - IEC/NIA/4346/01/AVH - Noise Impact Assessment - Dated October 2024 - Submitted to the LPA on 9th September 2025 The submitted materials details are acceptable and hereby approved and condition 4 can be discharged in Part. This condition comes in two parts, the first being submission of a noise impact assessment, which has been submitted and discharged in part. The second part is for the submission of evidence that the facade insulation scheme and other details within section 6 of the report has been implemented prior to occupation. The condition can only be discharged in part as the condition requires further information once development is complete in the form of a noise verification report to allow occupation.
