| 2. | The following hours of opening, operation and use of the flue installation and ventilation canopy to be restricted to the following hours of use:- Monday 09:00 to 01:00 Tuesday 09:00 to 01:00 Wednesday 09:00 to 01:00 Thursday 09:00 to 01:00 Friday 09:00 to 02:00 Saturday 09:00 to 02:00 Sunday 09:00 to 01:00 The reason for the condition is :- To protect the amenity of neighbouring residents, in accordance with the requirements of policies R7 and A1 of the Local Plan Part 2. |
| 3. | The flue installation and odour control equipment must be maintained and cleaned at intervals required by the manufacturers of the equipment. The manufacturers maintenance and cleaning schedule to be submitted to the Local Planning Authority before the system is brought into use. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure good maintenance of the system to protect the amenity of neighbours, in accordance with the requirements of policies R7 and A1 of the Local Plan Part 2. |
