1.	Condition 8 of pp 06/24/0247/F required a Site Investigation Scheme and Risk Assessment to be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. The following information was submitted: Desk Study and Risk Assessment by Norfolk Partnership Laboratory (NPL) dated June 2024 Site Investigation including Quantitative Risk Assessment and Remediation Strategy by Norfolk Partnership Laboratory (NPL) dated April 2025 Underground Fuel Storage Tank Validation Report by Norfolk Partnership Laboratory (NPL) dated July 2025 Upon full assessment of the submitted material supporting the application, taking into account all material considerations, it is considered the requirements of condition 8 have been met, and the condition can be discharged in PART for parts 1 - 3 ONLY, Part 4 is still outstanding and will need to be approved . The works shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the approved details.
