No.Condition Text
1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 15/08/2025: - Location and Site Plan ref. A25-0013 -001 - Floor and Parking Plan ref. VERSION #3 - Elevations ref. VERSION #2 The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt of what has been approved and in the interests of proper planning.
3.Prior to the first use of the development hereby permitted the on-site car parking shall be laid out, demarcated, levelled, surfaced and drained in accordance with the approved plan and retained thereafter available for that specific use. Reason:To ensure the permanent availability of the parking/manoeuvring areas, in the interests of satisfactory development and highway safety, in accordance with policy CS9 and CS16 of the Core Strategy.
4.STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner.
