1.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following revised plans received by the Local Planning Authority on - Site Location Plan, drawing no. 9145-LP4 - Existing Site Plan, drawing no. 9045-04 The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt of what has been approved and in the interests of proper planning.
2.The tent and touring pitches shall be occupied as holiday accommodation only and shall not be occupied as a sole or main place of residence. An up to date register shall be kept at the holiday accommodation hereby permitted and be made available for inspection by the local planning authority upon request. The register shall contain details of the names of all of the occupiers of the accommodation, their main home addresses and their date of arrival and departure from the accommodation. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure the caravans are not used as permanent residential accommodation in accordance with policy L1 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Local Plan Part 2 2021.
3.The density of touring caravans and tents on the site shall not exceed 20 units per acre until such time as a new sewage outfall is operational. Once the outfall is operational, any proposed increase in density shall be agreed in writing, with the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- The capacity at the Caister sewage treatment works to cater for development in the northern parishes of the Borough is currently restricted.
4.Notwithstanding the provisions of Part 5 of Schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning General Development Order 2025 (or any Order revoking and re-enacting that Order, with or without modification), no buildings shall be erected on the site without the prior permission of the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the development in the interests of visual amenities of the locality.
