Condition 28 of pp 06/20/0278/F required details of highway visibility splays to be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority The following information was submitted: Visibility Plan - Drawing No.1886-6 - Received 30th July 2025 The visibility splays as submitted under this application are considered acceptable and are hereby approved. The condition can therefore be discharged in PART. The approved details must remain maintained and free from obstruction over 0.6m above the carriageway height for the lifetime of the development.
