The following information was submitted: Seashell Cottage Water Calculations - dated 28th July 2025 Sea Mist House Water Calculations - dated 28th July 2025 Sea Spray Villa Water Calculations- dated 28th July 2025 The proposed water conservation and efficiency measures set out in both the statement and water efficiency calculation as submitted under this application are considered acceptable and are hereby approved. The condition can therefore be discharged in PART. The approved details must remain maintained for the lifetime of the development |
