The following information was submitted: Biodiversity Enhancement Measures Discharge Ecology Condition 18 - Dated 25th June 2025 - prepared by Hopkins Ecology - Received to the Local Planning Authority on 18th July 2025 Upon full assessment of the submitted material supporting the application, considering all material considerations, the details are acceptable, and the condition is discharged in PART. Discharge in PART is only possible biodiversity enhancement measures must be undertaken in accordance with the approved plans and documents within the specified timescales |
