Upon full assessment of the submitted material supporting the application, considering all material considerations, the details are acceptable, and the condition is discharged in part but cannot be discharged in full as the management plan needs to be followed accurately for all aspects, in an ongoing manner thereafter. The condition also requires a period of TEN YEARS from the date of planting any tree or plant or any tree or plant planted in replacement for it, is removed, uprooted or is destroyed or dies, (or becomes in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, seriously damaged or defective) another tree of the same species and size as that originally planted shall be planted at the same place, unless the Local Planning Authority gives its written consent to any variation. |
