The following information was submitted: Water Efficiency Calculations - Ormesby (ORM1) - Affordable Housing - Plots 19-26 - Received 17th July 2025 Water Efficiency Calculator - Ormesby (ORM1) - Private Plots - Plots 1-18, 27-40 - Received 17th July 2025 The proposed water conservation and efficiency measures set out in both the statement and water efficiency calculation as submitted under this application are considered acceptable and are hereby approved. The condition can therefore be discharged in PART. The approved details must remain maintained for the lifetime of the development |
