Condition 12 of pp 06/22/1027/F required details of the vehicular crossing over the footway to have first been constructed in accordance with a detailed scheme to be agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority in accordance with the highways specification, and shall thereafter be retained at the position shown on the approved plan. The following information was submitted; Small Highways Works Agreement - Drawing Number: 1035-124-001 - Revision C - Dated April 2024 Upon full assessment of the submitted material supporting the application, considering all material considerations, the details are acceptable, and the condition is discharged in PART but cannot be discharged in full as the crossing needs to be constructed and maintained in accordance with the approved plans.
