1.	Condition 26 of pp 06/20/0156/O required a lighting design strategy for biodiversity to be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. The following information was submitted: PIR External Plot Lighting Plan - Drawing No. PLP - Dated November 2024 Upon full assessment of the submitted material supporting the application, taking into account all material considerations, it is considered the requirements of condition 26 have been met, and the condition can be discharged in PART. All external lighting shall thereafter be installed only in accordance with the specifications and locations set out in the approved 'lighting design strategy for biodiversity', and shall be maintained thereafter in accordance with that strategy.
