1.	Condition 12 requires that details of how the flats will be constructed to achieve a water efficiency rating of no greater than 110 litres per person per day are submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The application is supported by the following documentation: - Water Efficiency Statement - WRC Calculator x 2 (1 for Flat 5 including Bath with Shower and all other Flats with just Showers) The submitted information is considered acceptable and the condition is hereby discharged in PART. The condition cannot at this time be discharged in FULL as the condition requires that the approved details are installed prior to the flats first being occupied and the agreed water consumption rate to be maintained for the lifetime of the development.
