The following information was submitted: Report No. - IEC/4790/01/AVH - Acoustic Assessment - received to the LPA on 16th July 2025 Confirmation statement - received by the LPA on the 22nd October 2025 The submitted materials details are acceptable and hereby approved and condition 4 can be discharged in Part. The condition can only be discharged in part as the condition requires the proposed measures to be installed in full compliance with the approved details and remain as such thereafter.
