| 1. | Condition 2 requires details of water conservation and efficiency measures to be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the development and for the development to be carried out in accordance with the details as approved. The following documents were submitted with this application: Water Efficiency Calculator - Prepared by WRC and LABC - submitted July 2025 The proposed water conservation and efficiency measures set out in both the statement and water efficiency calculation as submitted under this application are considered acceptable and are hereby approved. The condition can therefore be discharged in PART. The approved details must remain maintained for the lifetime of the development |
