No.Condition Text
1.The development must be begun not later than 3 years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is:- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following revised plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 11th June and 31st July 2025 Proposed and Existing Elevations - Received 3rd July 2025 - Drawing No.825.01 Location Plan - Dated June 2025 The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt of what has been approved and in the interests of proper planning.
3.The materials to be used in the external walls and roof of the development hereby permitted shall match those of the existing building in accordance with the details stated in the application form. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the visual amenities of the area in line with policy CS09 and H9 of the Great Yarmouth Local Plan 2015
4.STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner.
