| 2. | The materials to be used in the external walls and roof of the development hereby permitted shall match those of the existing building unless otherwise stated in the submitted application form or proposed plans. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the visual amenities of the area, in accordance with the details stated in the application form and adopted policy CS9 of the Great Yarmouth Core Strategy (2015) and adopted policies H9 and A1 of the Local Plan Part 2 (2021). |
