1.	The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 2nd July 2025 Drawing No. 989 - 1/1 The reason for the condition is:- The condition is imposed in order to comply with the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended) - Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A.
2.
